Kenya lies on the equator and offers a varied landscape including savannas rich with game, timeless cultures unchanged by the modern world, pristine beaches, equatorial forests and mighty snow-capped mountains.
Although Kenya is the most advanced economy in east and central Africa, it is still a very poor and developing country. Kenya has long been a land of unending change, contrasts and diversity.
